DOES BABYSPASSION OFFER RETURNS AND REFUNDS ON ITS PRODUCTS?

 

Absolutely! We're 100% committed to making you happy. Each Product is hand checked by a member of BABYSPASSION before it goes out the door to ensure you get the best! While we put in our best efforts to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things could happen.

If you discover a fault with the product you have received, please take pictures of the defect and E-mail support@babyspassion.net within 30 days upon receiving the order. The pictures of the product must show that the product is unused, has all the tags intact and we will work with you until you are satisfied.

Please note that claims for Returns or Refunds after 30 days will not be processed.

All the Returns and Refunds will be issued only after returned order have been received and inspected by the team to confirm whether they meet our return-eligible criteria above.

All refunds will be made in the same mode of payment made by the customer.

Returns without prior communication with us will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. All the Return packages and Shipping remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our team. Therefore, the customer is advised to take necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services while returning the package.

For Packages lost in transit, please contact support@babyspassion.net no later than 30days after the estimated delivery date.
